This SMS Messaging Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Medicoverage Inc DBA Senior65.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our SMS application or late payment reminder program.
Consent and Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number during application registration you have the option to consent to receive SMS application and payment past due reminder messages from Medicoverage Inc DBA Senior65.com.. Your consent is voluntary. You are not required to consent to text message reminders to receive services from us. We will maintain a record of your consent, including the date and method by which it was provided. Consent is non-transferable and applies only to your application and payment past due reminder program. We do not purchase phone numbers or consent from third-party lists.
Types of Messages We Send
You will receive only appointment-related messages, including:
- Return to complete your application reminders
- Follow-up reminders if application missing information or documentation.
- Payment Past Due reminders if your active insurance plan is in danger of being canceled due to non payment.
Each message will clearly identify Medicoverage Inc DBA Senior65.com as the sender. We will not send promotional, marketing, or sales messages through this program.
Message Frequency and Costs
You will typically receive no more than 4 reminder messages per incomplete application. Message frequency depends on your requested effective date.
We will also send up to 3 payment reminders should your active insurance plan be past due and in danger of cancelling.
Standard message and data rates may apply — please check with your wireless carrier.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Upon opting out, we will send one final confirmation message and will send no further messages unless you re-enroll. You can re-enroll by contacting our office at 800-930-7956 or updating your communication preferences on your online application.
How We Collect and Use Your Information
We collect your mobile phone number for the sole purpose of sending application reminders. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your information may be disclosed to:
- Twilio, Inc. — our third-party SMS delivery provider, solely to transmit messages on our behalf. Twilio may monitor message content for spam and compliance purposes per their own policies.
- Our service providers — our client and contact management systems, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations
- Legal or regulatory authorities — where required by applicable law.
HIPAA Notice

Unsubscribe or Discontinue Contact
You will always have the right to unsubscribe or stop communications with us. You may respond to any email with the subject “remove” or click on the unsubscribe link embedded in the email. With text messages, you can respond with “stop” or “remove” to no longer receive texts.

The password you enter when you begin an application on our website is your private entry key into your application. You should never share it with anyone. Password protocols will vary with each of our affiliated insurance companies and their security protocols will prevail over ours.
