Effective Jan 1, 2017: Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield has added Silver Sneakers to their Medicare Supplement Plans (Medigap) in Ohio, Colorado, Illinois and Maine.
Silver Sneakers is a program that offers free or low cost gym memberships at more than 13,000 facilities for eligible enrollees in participating plans. You must be Medicare eligible to enroll in a plan.
